3) Received license numbers for Toast Titanium Pro, Fotomagico, Lightzone, Sonicfire Pro and Soundsoap.
4) Installed 'Toast_TI_PRO_1007_563_GM.dmg'
5) Drag icon for Toast to dock. When I hover the title of the Icon is 'Toast Titanium Pro'
6) Launch Toast and get infamous error (Software expired or beta version). Options to 'Buy' or 'Learn More'
7) Search support forum and find download information for update
8) Downloaded update 'Toast_10_Titanium_1008_564.dmg'
9) install update 1008_564.dmg
10) Dock icon now says 'Toast Titanium' (NOT Toast Titanium PRO)
11) Launch Toast.
12) Register with 'PRO' serial number
13) Toast starts
14) select Video pane
15) select Blu-ray Video or BDMV Folder and get error :

16) Try to install the Blu-ray plug-in (this should not be required with PRO) and it fails because I don't have a serial number for the plug-in.

It seems the problem may be related to the fact that I wasn't able to launch the original PRO installation. People that had a working PRO install are able to update to PRO. People that are installing for the first time, get downgraded from Pro to Standard. Roxio support isn't much help. They told me I didn't buy a license for Plug-in. According to the Version comparison chart, I shouldn't need the plug-in. Thanks for taking the time to read this long explanation. Thoughts or solutions are appreciated.
